No. The model is designed so working professionals can own an outlet while keeping their jobs. You will still need to set aside time for your business responsibilities, reviews and decisions.
Does the outlet need full-time staff?
There are no permanently stationed outlet staff. Customers book, pay and enter digitally. Some tasks like cleaning, maintenance and checks still need to be arranged.
What does Harmony manage centrally?
Marketing and advertising, the booking and payment systems, customer support, and remote monitoring of designated operating systems.
What responsibilities remain with the franchisee?
You own the business. That includes your contractual obligations, outlet upkeep arrangements, compliance, and the financial outcome of the outlet. Full details are in the franchise agreement.
How much capital do I need?
The total outlet investment is S$116,000. Under the proposed structure, your initial capital component is S$38,000. The rest is covered by asset investors and deferred supplier payments, which remain payable.
Why is the total investment S$116,000?
It covers operating equipment (S$50,000), the franchisee capital component (S$38,000), and renovation and CCTV (S$28,000). We'll walk you through each item in the full business breakdown.
How does the asset co-ownership arrangement work?
Participating asset investors fund the operating equipment. In return they receive an agreed share of outlet profits under the applicable agreements. This is subject to eligibility and availability.
